辉锐iLAM+®系列产品采用机器人+多轴联动运动机构，具备多功能灵活性，可广泛应用于复杂零件修复和表面强化领域。此次交付的大幅面机器人熔覆设备，是基于iLAM+® 系列产品研发平台，专为满足客户对大型工业零件高效修复及表面强化的需求而设计。针对海外当地供电情况，设备定制了3相200V稳变一体化电源，并根据当地电网特性，加装了40KW UPS不间断电源，为客户量身打造的高性能金属部件增材制造及技术服务整体方案。该设备助力客户精准解决高性能零部件高效修复与质量管控难题，保障生产顺利进行。
Products of the Huirui iLAM+® series adopt a robot + multi-axis linkage motion mechanism, featuring multi-functional flexibility and wide application in the fields of complex part repair and surface strengthening. The heavy-duty robotic cladding equipment delivered this time is developed based on the iLAM+® series product R&D platform, specifically designed to meet the customer's needs for efficient repair and surface strengthening of large industrial parts. In response to the local power supply conditions, a 3-phase 200V integrated voltage stabilization and transformation power supply has been customized for the equipment. Moreover, in accordance with the characteristics of the local power grid, a 40KW UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) has been added, creating a tailor-made overall solution for high-performance metal component additive manufacturing and technical services for the customer. This equipment helps the customer accurately solve the problems of efficient repair and quality control of high-performance components, ensuring the smooth progress of production.

With an applicable laser power of 4KW and compatibility with Laserline laser source, it achieves an internal cladding efficiency of 0.2m²/h. This head can operate stably and efficiently on workpieces with a bore diameter of 85mm and a depth of up to 2m, showcasing industry-leading technological prowess. It perfectly resolves many of the challenges customers previously faced in internal bore cladding, significantly enhancing the processing efficiency and quality of complex workpieces.

The equipment is equipped with a 6KW laser, perfectly adapting to an industrial six-axis robot and a sliding rail. Paired with a custom-designed internal diameter laser cladding head tailored for customers, it can accomplish cladding on internal bores with a diameter of 85mm and a depth of up to 2m, providing robust support for the processing of complex workpieces.

主轴转台转速0.1-15转/分钟灵活可调，夹持长度最大2m。低速时稳定熔覆高精度环形工件，高速时高效处理规则圆柱形工件，适配不同转速工艺，加工兼容性大幅提升，满足客户多样化的生产需求。
The spindle rotary table offers adjustable rotational speeds ranging from 0.1 to 15 rpm, with a maximum clamping length of 2m. At low speeds, it ensures stable cladding for high-precision annular workpieces, while at high speeds, it efficiently processes regular cylindrical workpieces. This adaptability to different rotational speed processes significantly enhances machining compatibility, meeting the diverse production needs of customers.
